Spelunking helmet.
I used this for a spelunk camping trip. I stayed in the cave all weekend. This is helmet was adjustable (I have a small head and it fit great after adjustment). I didn’t have to adjust the headlamp all weekend (which was important since it was my main source of light while spelunking). Great helmet, would recommend for spelunking.

Took this canyoneering in Zion National Park. Worked great and was comfortable. This is likely the cheapest helmet you can get that is comfortable and provides good protection.

I’ve used this for several months rock climbing. Comfy and lightweight, comparable to the ones twice the price. It does sit a little high on my head, but who cares this isn’t a fashion show. Protects your dome like it should.
